I design hands-on, custom culinary programs for hotels, organisations, and schools, built around your team’s needs with practical workshops, chef exchanges, and real industry experience.
Kids Baking Camps
We run a three-day hands-on baking camp for kids aged 9 to 12 where they bake and decorate cupcakes, cakesicles, and bento cakes themselves in our professional kitchen.
Professional Pastry Diploma (Diplôme de Pâtisserie)
We train you as a pastry chef with hands-on kitchen work, French techniques, chocolate making from scratch, global chef masterclasses, and real business skills so you’re ready for a real bakery or your own venture.
Professional Specialization Courses
We offer hands-on specialization courses in bread, chocolate, and gelato with international certifications and real industry experience.

My Story
Lavonne isn’t just a pastry school, we’re a wild mix of bakers, dreamers, and dhol beats. We remember every student’s story - like the engineer who turned chef, or the shy one who’s now running a bakery. We throw movie nights, dance to Gujarati tunes, and do flour mill field trips. New beginnings are scary, but you’ll never walk alone here. Once a Lavonnette, always family. Yeh hai hamara promise. (This is our promise.)
