About this collection

When you walk into our Lajpat Nagar campus, you won’t see sterile lecture halls; you’ll see working kitchens designed by Yellow Dot Studio to mimic a real-world bakery. Every individual station is kitted out with professional-grade deck ovens, spiral mixers, and the signature red KitchenAid mixers you’ll actually be using during your course. It is an environment built for comfort and efficiency, so by the time you graduate, the workflow feels like second nature.
