About Our World-Class High-Performance Center
What sets our floor apart is the engineering behind it. Our basketball courts utilize a six-layer system, including US-sourced hardwood and moisture-control barriers, identical to the specifications used by NBA teams. Similarly, our Myrtha swimming pool features a moving bulkhead and thermal insulation powered by building waste heat rather than active pumps. When you train here, you are using the same technical standards as global professionals.

We do not believe in standard gym construction. Every square foot of our 13,000 sq ft High-Performance Center in Sarjapur is designed for measurable athletic progress. We reject guesswork in favor of data-driven environments where athletes can train, recover, and repeat safely.
NBA-Standard Basketball Courts
The hardwood floor in our basketball arena is a significant investment in athlete safety and performance. By importing the wood a year prior to construction to allow for seasoning, and testing moisture content before laying the planks, we ensured the court behaves exactly like those used by teams like the Chicago Bulls and Lakers. The six-layer system provides the right balance of grip and shock absorption, preventing the common joint issues associated with lower-quality surfaces.
Olympic-Standard Myrtha Swimming Pool
Our swimming facility uses Myrtha Pools technology, the same standard adopted for the Paris 2024 Olympics. The pool includes a moving bulkhead, allowing us to divide the space into two 25-meter lanes with independent temperature controls. Sustainability is built into the design; we utilize the waste heat generated by our building air conditioning system to regulate water temperature, ensuring an optimal swimming experience without relying on wasteful active heating.
Strength and Conditioning Floor
Our gym floor is equipped with Hammer Strength racks and platforms. This layout allows for high-density training, meaning team sessions and individual workouts can happen simultaneously without bottlenecking. Whether you are performing plyometrics on our 35-meter indoor track or working on explosive power, the environment is optimized for high-intensity output.
