A glimpse into my kitchen, showcasing a mix of my favorite projects, from hand-piped floral cupcakes to complex chocolate sculptures. Here is what I create right here in Darjeeling.

These floral cupcakes are one of my favorite things to make. Each petal is piped by hand with buttercream, turning a simple cupcake into a little bouquet. I made these with a mix of sunflower and daisy designs for a special celebration.

This is my raspberry chocolate tart. It has a rich, buttery chocolate crust, a smooth chocolate filling, and a glossy raspberry glaze, all topped with delicate chocolate ruffles and a touch of gold leaf. It’s a dessert for true chocolate lovers.

A little peek inside my artisanal chocolate bonbons. The best part is cracking through the thin, glossy shell to find a luscious filling, like this rich ganache and fruit coulis. Each one is hand-painted and a tiny piece of edible art.

It was such an honor to make these custom sugar cookies for the 175th anniversary of my old school, Loreto Convent. This is just one of the four house colors I made, showing the detailed logo work I can do with royal icing, even for large orders.

How cute are these little guys? I sculpted these 3D animal toppers from fondant for a child's jungle themed birthday party. From the little elephant to the cheeky monkey, each one was made with so much love.

I just love playing with colors. These cupcakes are decorated with shades of blue buttercream, piped into elegant rosettes and swirls. I added some tiny white flowers, gold sprinkles, and a bit of gold leaf to make them extra special.

This was a challenge but so rewarding. Here’s a look at the process of creating a large chocolate sculpture during my pastry course. From tempering the chocolate to assembling the delicate pieces, it was an incredible learning experience.

This was a truly humbling moment. I was so honored to be selected as one of India's Top 50 Home Bakers. It’s moments like these that make all the hard work and late nights feel completely worth it.

A classic Italian dessert with my own little twist. This is a creamy vanilla panna cotta, filled with a vibrant raspberry coulis and served with a brunoise of fresh, seasonal fruits like dragon fruit and kiwi for a bit of texture and freshness.

Whether you need a batch of cupcakes for a school event or a custom cake for a birthday, the key is the design time. Since I sculpt everything by hand or pipe each flower individually, please give me at least 3 to 4 days of notice for detailed custom work. This lets me plan the fondant structure or chocolate tempering so your order is fresh and stable when it reaches you.
