I turn simple sugar cookies into edible art using precise royal icing techniques. Whether you need branded cookies for a school anniversary or custom designs for a special occasion, I bring your vision to life, one cookie at a time.

Here are the yellow house cookies I made for my school's 175th anniversary. Getting the details of the Loreto crest right with royal icing on hundreds of cookies was a challenge, but I was so proud of the result.

The green house version of the Loreto Convent anniversary cookies. Each color represented one of the four school houses, making them a really personal and nostalgic treat for the alumni event.

And here are the red house cookies, finished with a touch of edible gold. It was so special to be a part of this celebration for my school in such a unique way.

A quick look behind the scenes at how the Loreto anniversary cookies were made. It starts with baking hundreds of shield-shaped sugar cookies, and then the detailed work of decorating each one by hand begins.

I love making cookies for Valentine's Day. These heart-shaped sugar cookies are decorated with delicate, lace-like patterns in red royal icing on a crisp white background. They are almost too pretty to eat.

For a different take on my Valentine's cookies, I used a beautiful periwinkle blue icing with white henna-style patterns. It’s a simple sugar cookie, elevated into something really special.

A small collection of my red and white heart cookies. The designs are all slightly different, which makes each cookie feel unique. These make for a really thoughtful and delicious gift.

Another angle of the red and white Valentine's Day sugar cookies. I really enjoy the precise piping work that goes into creating these intricate patterns.

About Edible Art Cookies

Getting that crisp, porcelain-like finish on sugar cookies isn't just baking, it is a form of patience. I use a traditional flood and pipe method that keeps the design sharp and holds up even when transported across Darjeeling. Every cookie is individually heat-sealed to ensure it stays fresh and looks as good as the day it was decorated.
