- Strength & Conditioning: Beyond flexibility, we include core drills that help kids develop stamina and better posture.
- Studio or Rooftop: Depending on the weather, classes take place in our indoor studios or our open-air rooftop spaces in Ghaziabad and Noida.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do they need previous experience? Not at all. We welcome beginners who are just starting their fitness journey. Our batches are mixed-level, so everyone gets attention based on where they are right now.
What gear should they bring? Comfortable clothes they can move in easily. We provide the mats, but personal mats are welcome if they prefer.
How are the batches structured? We maintain a 1:8 to 1:12 instructor-to-student ratio. This ensures your child gets the focus they need to learn safely.
