Practical Weapons Training & Self-Defense (Hathyaar Ki Practice)
Don't learn moves for show. Learn to defend against real-world threats with Lathi and Nunchaku drills. Master the technique to survive.
I am demonstrating a lathi disarming technique on a student. The goal is to control the weapon and neutralize the threat quickly.
A student demonstrates his skill and power by breaking a board held by two others. This builds confidence and shows the practical force of his training.
A young student stands ready with his nunchaku. We start with the basics of handling the weapon safely and build up to complex forms.

About this collection
Boards don't hit back, but people do. In our Wazirabad sessions, we focus on disarming techniques that actually work when you're cornered. Whether it's a Lathi threat or something sharper, I teach you the timing and grip control to turn the tables fast. We train for chaos, not comfort, so come ready to sweat.
Why Weapon Defense Matters
On the road, you rarely get a fair fight. My training isn't about learning fancy forms that look good in a movie. It is about understanding the mechanics of a weapon—how to hold it, how to swing it, and most importantly, how to take it away from someone who is using it against you.
What You Will Learn
We focus on the tools that are common in street scenarios:
- Lathi (Bamboo Staff): You will learn to use the stick for distance management and to neutralize an attacker’s limb. This is about leverage, not brute force.
- Nunchaku: These improve your coordination, wrist speed, and reflexes. It teaches you to control the weapon's momentum rather than letting it control you.
- Improvised Defense: What if you don't have a weapon? We practice using everyday objects to create a shield.
The Training Reality
We don't practice in an air-conditioned studio. We train in Wazirabad, often in outdoor conditions, because that is where reality happens. You will spar with partners. You will learn to control your fear. My goal is to make you strong enough that you don't need to fight, but ready if you have to.
