Our instructors do not just stand in front of a class demonstrating moves from a manual. Every person you see on this team has gone through the exact same reality-based drills we put you through, from weapon defense scenarios to handling ground attacks under fatigue. They are practitioners of what they preach, ensuring that when you train, you learn from someone who understands how it feels to be hit.

Whether it is a corporate workshop, a women's safety session, or our core Krav Maga batches at the Rise Sports School in Noida, our instructors are there to guide you through the 'takleef' (struggle) of real learning.
