Real self-defense isn't about trophies. At Kavach, we ditch the soft mats and traditional uniforms to train you for real-world scenarios—in the clothes you wear every day.

Martial arts competitions are one-on-one, but real-life attacks can involve multiple assailants. I discuss why our training focuses on survival against overwhelming odds, not winning medals.

About The Kavach Philosophy: Beyond the Fight

I often tell my students: a 'halwai' (confectioner) gets burnt, and that is how he learns. In self-defense, if you do not get a few scratches in training, you are not learning. We do not train on soft mats because the street does not have them. My sessions focus on gross motor skills that work under high-stress, real-life danger, whether you are wearing a saree, jeans, or office attire.
