About The Proof: Medals, Awards & Recognition

When you look at these medals, understand that they are the result of 90-minute high-intensity Kumite drills and relentless sparring. My students, like Harshit and Rajat, didn't earn these by accident. They earned them through consistent training, mastering WKF scoring techniques, and the discipline to execute under pressure at the India Open and National Championships.

Success on the podium isn't a stroke of luck, it is a calculation. In our dojo, every session is a rehearsal for a tournament. We focus on distance management, reaction time, and scoring techniques like Kizami Zuki and Ura Mawashi because that is what wins bouts at the state, national, and international levels.

Building Champions, Not Just Fighters

The medals displayed here represent more than just metal. They represent a proven pathway. When I train a student for the KIO National Championships or the All India University Games, I am training them for a career. We have seen our athletes leverage these achievements for selection into the Indian Army and Assam Rifles through sports quotas. This is the ultimate goal: using the discipline learned on the mat to secure a future off the mat.

The Training Process

We do not cut corners. Our training cycle runs 5-6 days a week because competitive fitness is a full-time commitment. Whether it is an inter-college selection or a national event, the preparation involves:

  • Conditioning: Agility ladder runs and plyometrics to ensure speed.
  • Strategic Sparring: Supervised Randori to simulate the pressure of a real bout.
  • Technical Drill: Focusing on WKF-mandated movements to ensure every point counts.

If you want to fight, you train. If you want to win, you train with a plan. These photos are proof that the plan works.

I am Preetam Rathore, and for me, the scoreboard does not lie. My dojo isn't about collecting certificates; it is about building fighters who can hold their own at the National and International levels, just like Rajat and Harshit have done.
