About Kumite in Action: Fight Highlights

Kumite is about strategy, not just power. We drill the attack first mindset because, in a competitive bout, the split second you hesitate is the second you lose the point. Everything you see in these clips comes from thousands of hours spent on the dojo floor.

When you watch these highlights, you are seeing the result of relentless repetition. We focus heavily on WKF-standard Kumite techniques like the Kizami (lead jab) and Gyaku (reverse punch) because they are the fastest way to score.

My students don't just spar; they analyze their movement, distance, and timing. We work on agility drills, plyometrics, and explosive speed because a medal is won in the final seconds of a match. Our training isn't just about physical fitness, it's about conditioning your mind to stay calm under the pressure of a tournament.

We train six days a week here in Noida. Whether it is Harshit hitting a perfect Ura Mawashi or our team executing a complex throw, these moves are the foundation for the sports quota opportunities we build. If you want to fight at the national level and secure a future in the Indian Army or SAI, this is how you start.
