The Boxer's Grind: Fight-Specific Training
Fitness for me is about real-world application, and my world is the boxing ring. This is a look into my specific training as a professional fighter, from shadow boxing and bag work to drills that build punching power and shoulder endurance. This is how I prepare to be explosive, accurate, and relentless for every round.
Building a Rock-Solid Core
A strong core is the foundation of all strength and stability, especially for a boxer. Strength is useless without mobility. As a boxer, flexibility is not an option, it's a necessity for increasing range of motion, preventing injuries, and aiding recovery. This section covers the essential stretching and mobility routines I practice to keep my body agile, healthy, and ready for the demands of intense training.

This is my story, raw and unfiltered. I believe in being authentic, which means sharing the highs and the lows.
