From Asian Games gold to the Arjuna Award, these moments define my journey. I bring this same discipline and passion to the coaching I provide in Bangalore.

Holding the Arjuna Award, a symbol of my contribution to Kabaddi. This recognition fuels my passion to give back to the sport and mentor coaches who will continue this legacy of excellence.

This was the moment I received the prestigious Arjuna Award for Kabaddi for the year 2000-2001 from the then President of India, Shri K.R. Narayanan. It is an honor that I hold very close to my heart.

Here I am next to my plaque in the Karnataka Olympic Association's Hall of Fame. Being recognized in my home state is a special honor and a reminder of the journey from my local village to the national stage.

Being felicitated by the Honorable Governor and Chief Minister of Karnataka on National Sports Day. It is always a pleasure to be recognized by the leaders of my state for my contributions to Indian sports.

A look back at the headlines after our victory at the Bangkok '98 Asian Games. This framed newspaper clipping is a constant reminder of what is possible when a team plays with one heart for the 'tiranga'.

This video captures several moments where I was honored for my achievements in Kabaddi. Each award is not just for me, but for every player and coach who has been a part of my journey.

About Awards & Recognition

People often ask if awards change how I coach. The truth is, they do not. Whether I am holding a gold medal or standing on a local mud court, the fundamentals of a toe touch or an ankle hold remain the same. My recognition is just proof that consistency and respecting the game actually pay off.
