About Bowling Coaching
Most bowlers struggle because they overcomplicate their run-up or release. My method starts by analyzing your current action—frame by frame—to find the 'leaks' in your energy transfer. Once we fix your base and follow-through, your pace and control will improve naturally.
Breaking Down Your Action
Bowling is about rhythm and repeatability. If your action changes every delivery, your accuracy will suffer. I work with bowlers to build a 'stable platform'—this starts from your run-up, through your gather, and finishes with a balanced follow-through.
My Approach to Coaching
- Biomechanical Analysis: I record your action to identify mechanical flaws, such as dropping the shoulder too early or inconsistent wrist position at the point of release.
- Pace and Spin Development: For fast bowlers, we focus on core strength and front-leg bracing to generate speed. For spinners, we emphasize finger rotation and body alignment to maximize drift and turn.
- Targeted Drills: You will not just bowl endlessly. We use specific drills to lock in your release point and ensure your body remains side-on for as long as possible.
Online or In-Person
Whether you are in Delhi NCR for in-person training or based anywhere else in the world, my online sessions work on the same principle. You just need a stable internet connection and a helper to record your deliveries. I review your footage in real-time, explain the 'why' behind the technical error, and give you the specific drill to fix it. We keep the setup simple so you can focus entirely on your bowling.
