Welcome to my cake decoration workshop! Here, I guide students in our professional certificate course through advanced techniques like creating fondant ruffles, using stencils for elegant patterns, and sculpting detailed figurines. It’s so rewarding to see them stack their own two-tier cakes at the end.

Look at these happy faces! This is what my Kids Baking Camp is all about. I’m so grateful to see our junior chefs proudly showing off the colourful cakesicles they decorated all by themselves. It’s pure joy and sugar!

Here’s a little peek into my Basic Cake Decoration class. We start with the fundamentals, like kneading fondant until it's perfectly smooth. Then, I show you how to paint delicate details on your own handmade toppers before placing them on your beautifully finished cake.

I just love the classic beauty of English piping. This three-tiered wedding cake was a recent creation, featuring delicate buttercream swags and hand-piped floral details. It’s a timeless technique that I teach in my advanced workshops.

Baking is all about making memories. I had so much fun with my son, Zev, decorating this little bento cake. Showing him how to pipe the tree and add sprinkles was such a cherished moment. This is the kind of simple joy I hope to share in all my classes.

This was a challenge I will never forget: creating the biggest cake in our studio's history, standing almost 12 feet tall! It took two weeks and thousands of handmade gumpaste flowers, but seeing it all come together was absolutely shiok. This is the level of artistry we can achieve together.

Getting those perfectly smooth sides and sharp edges on a cake is so satisfying. This is a core skill I teach, using a bench scraper and a steady hand to achieve a flawless buttercream finish. It’s the ideal canvas for any decoration.

Baking isn't just about cakes. I find so much peace in detailed work like decorating these cookies with intricate, colourful mandala patterns using royal icing. Each one is a small piece of edible art.
