Standard Monthly Training
Class Structure
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).
- Time: Fixed evening slot from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Volume: Total of 12 hours of guided group instruction per month.
Curriculum Focus
- Technique: Stance training, fundamental blocks, punches, and basic kicks like Front and Roundhouse.
- Fitness: 15-minute warm-up routines involving cardio drills, flexibility stretching, and core work.
- Safety: Practical self-defense drills and situational awareness training.
Facility Access
- Studio: Air-conditioned space with professional flooring and mats for safe falls.
- Gear: Use of studio equipment including kicking paddles, focus mitts, and striking shields.
Quarterly Advanced Program
Progression Training
- Volume: 36 classes over a 3-month period for sustained muscle memory.
- Sparring: Introduction to controlled step-sparring, reaction time drills, and distance management.
- Forms: Memorization and refinement of Poomsae sequences required for belt promotion.
Grading Preparation
- Syllabus: Specific focus on WCTA/WTAO guidelines for the next belt level.
- Assessment: Mock tests and instructor verification prior to official belt exams.
- Correction: Personalized feedback to refine technique for certification standards.
Priority Access
- Slot Guarantee: Confirmed placement in the 5 PM to 6 PM batch for the entire quarter.
- Conditioning: Higher intensity endurance training suited for advanced progression.

My Story
Hey! Geet here. Jhalak is my baby, and we just turned 3. My studio’s got this chill energy, everyone’s part of our Jhalak family – from tiny cuties in kidz batch to adults who’ve never danced. Dance is my go-to for every mood, and that’s the vibe here: walk in, feel the music, and maybe find your own jhalak of joy. Jab mil baithe teeno yaar to dance to banta hai boss! It’s not just about moves, it’s about memories.

Bollywood Sangeet Choreography - Weddings? Whole family joins! From classics to trending songs, we make sangeet fun and stylish.
Fitness with Masti - Gym is boring, na? Our Zumba party workout and Bolly-fitness sessions are full-on fun.
Judgment-Free Vibe - Yahan pe bas feel aani chahiye. No pressure, just good energy and happy faces.
Kids and Adults Welcome - Special kids batches, regular adult classes. Age, experience – doesn’t matter. Everyone grooves!
