About Behind the Lens
A photoshoot is a machine with many moving parts, from the stylist adjusting a collar to the digital technician checking tethering, and my job is to conduct that symphony. When you book a session with me, you are not just paying for the final file; you are entering a controlled creative environment where we troubleshoot lighting, staging, and posing in real-time. Every image you see on my portfolio is the result of a collective effort. I rely on a core group of stylists, makeup artists, and assistants because a truly cinematic portrait requires more than just a camera; it requires an ecosystem of talent.
The Workflow on Set
My process centers on real-time collaboration. During our sessions, we utilize tethered shooting, which means images appear instantly on a calibrated monitor. This allows us to review the lighting, fabric fall, and posing together. It removes the guesswork and helps the subject feel more involved in the creative output. Whether we are in my studio in Lower Parel or on location, the goal remains the same: we shoot until the emotion matches the concept.

My work is a labour of love for the entire team. A successful fashion editorial or brand campaign relies on this synergy. When we work together, we are not just taking photos; we are building a narrative. We pay close attention to technical details like light positioning and skin texture preservation, but we also ensure the atmosphere on set is professional and energetic.
