About Fashion & Editorial Photography
How I See Fashion & Editorial Photography
I look for stories in every frame. For me, a camera isn’t just a tool - it’s a way to see things differently, to catch moments that feel raw and cinematic. Sometimes, the simplest shot is the hardest to get right, but that’s what I love about this work.
What I Do
I work with magazines, designers, and brands to build visual stories that stick with you. My job isn’t just clicking pictures - I get involved in creative direction too, so the whole vibe feels connected.
- Editorial magazine cover shoots for GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Hello! Magazine
- Brand campaigns and lookbooks for IDEE Eyewear, Mia by Tanishq, Lakmé, Sparx
- Minimalist beauty photography and experimental hair artistry in personal series like "Conventional Beauty" and "HAIR"
How It Happens
It’s never just me. Every shoot is a team effort - stylists, makeup artists, production folks, all working together. That’s when the magic happens, when ideas bounce around and turn into something real.
My Style
I switch it up - some days it’s bold colours, other days it’s moody black-and-white fashion series. I like mixing commercial with fine art, finding beauty in everyday things. My Mumbai street series is proof - turning chaos into something iconic.

My Story
Hey, I’m Jatin. I’m an artist, photographer, filmmaker – I see stories everywhere, from Kalaripayattu to Mumbai’s mad streets. Once, I shot Dilip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, and Shah Rukh Khan together – SRK told me that photo was his childhood dream. Moments like that remind me why I do this. My latest project, ‘The Stars of a Quiet Struggle,’ is all about Mumbai’s everyday superheroes – mixing street grit and fashion, honest and raw.
My Work
What I do - I shoot fashion editorials, black and white celebrity portraits, ad campaigns, and digital films.
My Style - Less is more. I chase real moments, often with just one light, keeping things raw and simple.
How it feels - Every shoot’s a new adventure. The vibe is fun, collaborative, and we aim for timeless elegance.
Black & White Love - I dig black and white – stripping away noise, letting emotion and shadow do the talking.
