Great photography relies on preparation. On every shoot, I manage the visual flow by coordinating directly with photographers, makeup artists, and my styling assistants. This gallery shows the actual process of setting up scenes, from wardrobe care and set design to directing the model, so you understand the effort that ensures the final image hits the mark.
The Production Reality
What you see in a finished campaign is the result of hours of work that happens before and during the shoot. My approach to art direction is centered on maintaining visual alignment across the entire set. This means I am not just picking clothes; I am managing the interaction between the lighting, the prop setup, and the model's movement.
My Collaborative Process
Every project is a team effort. You will see in these images that I work closely with photographers, hair and makeup artists, and production assistants to execute the brief. Whether we are shooting a lookbook in a studio or an editorial on location, the goal is to make the environment work for the narrative.
What to Expect on Set
- Wardrobe Logistics: I handle everything from steaming and ironing garments to taping and fitting, ensuring every piece looks sharp on camera.
- Set Design & Props: I source props and arrange sets to create the specific mood required for the brand identity.
- Team Management: I direct the photographer and the support staff to ensure the shoot remains on schedule while maintaining the quality of every frame.
