DHOKE to bahut kha liye, ab thoda DHOKLA khalo. Our light and spongy Khaman Dhokla, tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves, is a healthy and delicious snack.

If you are planning to order my weekend special Poori Aloo platters, keep in mind they are strictly a Saturday-Sunday affair. For the rest of the week, our kitchen keeps the standard samosas, bread pakoras, and dhokla fresh and hot from 8 AM, which works best for those quick office breaks or unplanned evening guests.
While my father started this with a focus on traditional sweets, I know that no Delhi-style chai time is complete without a solid snack game. Over the last 30 years, our kitchen in Paschim Vihar has evolved, but the recipes for our classics remain exactly the way he perfected them.
The Daily Menu
My daily rotation is built for comfort. You will always find hot, crispy Aloo Samosas and our signature Bread Pakoras filled with paneer and spicy potato mash. If you are looking for something lighter, our spongy Khaman Dhokla, tempered with fresh curry leaves and mustard seeds, is the go-to. On the side, we always include our signature mint-coriander and tamarind chutneys.
Why the Chowmein Samosa?
I am a big fan of experimenting. My personal favourite is the Chowmein Samosa, which was born out of a 'why not?' moment and has since become a local viral hit. It is exactly what it sounds like, and it hits that perfect fusion spot.
