Authentic Hot and Syrupy Indian Sweets
From crispy Jalebi fresh out of the kadhai to melt-in-your-mouth Rasgulla, we bring you the traditional taste of Delhi's favorite syrupy treats.
Our bijuria, or Imarti, is ready to hop on the trend. Watch the intricate process of making these flower-shaped sweets, frying them, and soaking them in sugar syrup.
POV: You love Jalebi. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at our staff making fresh, hot jalebis for our customers. From the kadhai straight to the box.
Our creamy Rasmalai is a must-try. Soft cottage cheese discs are soaked in thickened, sweetened milk, flavoured with saffron and cardamom, and garnished with pistachios.
Our Sponge Rasgulla, soft and juicy, soaked in a light sugar syrup. These are incredibly light and refreshing, served chilled in an earthen bowl.
Who would want just one piece? Our Sponge Rasgullas are so soft and spongy, they absorb the syrup perfectly.
Barish ka mausam calls for some crispy Jalebi. Garnished with saffron and pistachios, these are the perfect treat to enjoy on a rainy day.
About Hot & Syrupy Treats
When it comes to Jalebi and Imarti, timing is everything. We make our batches in small, frequent cycles throughout the day, so you get them crispy and warm, straight from the kadhai to your box. We don't believe in batch-making hours in advance, ensuring every piece retains that signature texture.
There is a reason why our syrupy treats have been a staple in Paschim Vihar for three decades. It starts with the syrup consistency and precise temperature control during frying. Whether it is the fine boondi in our Jalebi or the delicate, flower-shaped layers of our Imarti, we focus on getting the soak just right—sweet enough to satisfy, but light enough to keep you coming back for a second piece.
Our Rasgulla and Rasmalai are prepared using fresh milk and cottage cheese, ensuring a soft, airy texture that is never chewy. We keep our recipes traditional, exactly as my father perfected them back in 1995. You won't find preservatives here, just pure, wholesome ingredients that respect the time-honored way of making mithai.
We cater to both individual cravings and bulk requirements for house gatherings or puja events. Since we manage fresh prep daily across our Paschim Vihar and Karam Pura outlets, we recommend giving us a call a little in advance if you need a large quantity. This helps us ensure your order is ready at the peak of its freshness, exactly when you need it.
