About Table Tennis Training Camps
What My Camps Are All About
I’m Sandeep Ghosh, and training table tennis isn’t just about the game for me. My camps are where you sweat, grind, and learn to stick with it. It’s intense but real - you’ll feel the difference, in your game and in yourself.
How I Coach
Hard work, dedication, and discipline are non-negotiable here. That’s how I raised my own daughter to be an international TT champ - not with shortcuts, but by showing up even when the shoes are finished. Woh purane joota kaam aagaya (Those old shoes served their purpose).
What You’ll Do Here
- On the table: We break down every shot. I’ll be calling out, “Kachhe eshe dure jaa” (Move in, then out) while you’re drilling power topspins and sharp defensive blocks.
- Multi-ball training techniques push your reactions and footwork. Get ready for non-stop action and fast rallies.
- Off the table: Strength and agility matter as much as spin. Medicine balls, cones, sand drills, and swimming - all to build a body that can handle elite table tennis coaching.
Camps For Everyone
- Summer camps for youth table tennis development, fundamentals, and group energy.
- Advanced camps for serious competitors chasing that high-performance table tennis camp vibe.
Where We Train
Mostly at my Kharghar TT Academy in Navi Mumbai, sometimes Rajasthan or Kolkata. If you want to see steady progress, not just shiny medals, this is the right place.

My Story
Hi, I’m Sandeep Ghosh from Navi Mumbai. Table tennis is not just my job, it’s my life. My daughter Swastika once wanted to play like me – gave her new shoes, small thing but big lesson. वो शूज तो अब नहीं रहे (those shoes are gone), but the discipline, hard work, dedication? Still there, always will be. When she wins, and I get a callout from the PM, bas... dil se khushi milti hai (just pure happiness).
