At Jai Hanuman Kusti Akhada, we believe that victory is a byproduct of character. When you look at the achievements of our young Pailwans like Parth Dhananjay Mane or Tanvi Vibhute, you are seeing the result of a training system that values consistency over everything else.

We bridge the gap between traditional lal mati (red soil) wrestling, which builds raw power and connection to our roots, and modern mat wrestling, which requires technical precision for tournaments. Our training, held at our Sanpada facility in Navi Mumbai, is designed to be holistic.

What happens in the akhada?

• Technical Drills: We focus on stance, defensive holds, and throws that actually work in competitive scenarios.
• Physical Conditioning: We use desi equipment alongside modern drills like rope climbing and tire flips to build endurance.
• Mental Toughness: We incorporate meditation and shantata (calmness) because a strong wrestler knows how to control their mind as much as their body.
