About Welcome to Our Gym
We don't just have machines; we have a vibe. You will find separate zones for heavy lifting with our Jerai selectorized units, cardio, and a dedicated floor for our group dance and functional sessions. It is clean, it is safe, and it is always buzzing with energy—no intimidation, just real people working on becoming stronger versions of themselves.
Our studio at Idea Cosmic Plaza in Palam Vihar is designed to keep you motivated from the moment you walk through the door. We know a gym can feel intimidating, so we keep ours bright, welcoming, and strictly disciplined when it comes to hygiene and form.
What you will find inside:
- The Strength Zone: Equipped with Jerai selectorized machines, plate-loaded machines, and Smith machines. Whether you are squatting heavy or working on your grip, we have the gear.
- Cardio & Functional: Treadmills, spin bikes, and battle ropes to get that heart rate up.
- The Studio Floor: This is where the magic happens. From Zumba and aerobics to dance fitness, this open space is where the 'Girlie Gang' comes to sweat and celebrate.
