About this collection
It is not about being a pro athlete from day one. Take the story of Dr. Mariya, a radiation oncologist who joined us during the pandemic. She started as a complete beginner and stepped into the ring just a year later. We focus on teaching you to finish the round, to push past self-doubt, and to build the grit that serves you outside the gym just as much as inside.
We have spent over two decades building a space where women can train in a serious, respectful environment. Whether your goal is competitive boxing, MMA, or simply learning practical self-defense to handle everyday threats, our program is designed to meet you where you are.
The Training Approach
We don't believe in shortcuts. Our sessions in Koramangala cover the fundamentals of striking, body mechanics, and situational awareness. You will learn the mechanics of a proper punch, how to control distance, and how to manage the adrenaline of a confrontation. Because our coaches are active competitors, the drills we use are tested in the ring and refined based on what actually works, not what looks good on film.
