We build real strength, discipline, and technical skill through dedicated martial arts training. Whether you want to compete or just get fit, our HSR community pushes you to show up and do the work.

This is what our training is all about: focused, one-on-one pad work. We build strong fundamentals like the jab, cross, and hook, ensuring every student develops proper form and power in a safe environment.

We don't just train, we build champions. Here is one of our athletes with his gold medal from the Bangalore District K1 Kickboxing Championship. This is the result of discipline and hard work.

In-ring coaching is where technique meets application. We provide direct, hands-on instruction during sparring sessions, correcting form and strategy to prepare our fighters for real-world scenarios.

Our sessions are more than just striking. This video shows a typical circuit involving kettlebell strength training, ground-and-pound drills on the bag, and grappling defense to build well-rounded athletes.

Success is a team effort. We are proud of Team iPPON's performance at the WAKO Bangalore District Kickboxing Tournament, bringing home six golds and one bronze. We train together and we win together.

We teach the full spectrum of martial arts, including advanced acrobatic kicks. These drills build exceptional body control, flexibility, and explosive power for our more experienced students.

Every class starts with a solid foundation in fitness. Our gym is set up with agility ladders, marker cones, and hurdles for dynamic warm-ups and conditioning drills that improve footwork and stamina.

About Featured

When you train at our HSR facility, we focus on high-repetition drills to build genuine muscle memory. Expect to spend your sessions rotating between agility ladder work, heavy bag impact training, and partner pad work. We keep the class size small, typically maintaining a 1:8 ratio, so you receive actual correction on your stance and strike form rather than just following the crowd.
