Forget medals and belts. I teach survival-focused self-defense designed for real-world scenarios, from road rage to home safety. Whether for yourself or your team, learn how to stay safe.

I demonstrate a wrist grab escape to a group of women during a corporate workshop. This is a foundational technique, showing how simple leverage can overcome a size disadvantage, a core principle of the Kavach system.

This video shows the reality of a violent ground attack and provides a practical, step-by-step solution. My instructors demonstrate how to escape a chokehold from a pinned position, a critical survival skill for dangerous scenarios like domestic violence or assault.

During my interview with ABP News, I explain a crucial point: martial arts for sport is not the same as self-defense for survival. Real-world threats often involve multiple attackers, and my Kavach system is built to address these harsh realities, not to win medals.

Here, one of my Kavach Warriors demonstrates a defense against a frontal chokehold during a university workshop. The focus is on creating space and disrupting the attacker's balance, techniques that are vital for personal safety and close-quarters combat.

Two of my trainees practice striking and blocking drills. This image captures the intensity and focus required to build real combat reflexes. It's time to stop being a victim and learn how to fight back effectively.

I had the honor of presenting the Kavach system to the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE), a Government of India body. This video highlights my approach to making self-defense accessible and practical for everyone, regardless of their background.

This is the result of a successful workshop: a group of empowered women, confident and ready. We end the session with a warrior's pose, symbolizing their newfound strength and the supportive community we build together.

About Featured

Most people think they need years of martial arts training to defend themselves, but that is not the case. My sessions focus on simple, high-impact moves—using knees, elbows, and situational awareness—that work the moment you step out of your car or office. You do not need to be an athlete to start, you just need the right mindset to identify a threat and react immediately.
