About Training in Action: Drills & Conditioning

Our training happens in a focused, no-frills environment designed for hard work. We train in a non-AC space equipped with EVA puzzle mats because our priority is repetition and sweat. Expect 60 minutes of structured floor work, agility ladder drills, and heavy-duty conditioning that will leave you stronger by the end of each week.
