About Vintage & Classic Motorcycle Restoration

Restoring a vintage bike is rarely about just making it look pretty. It is about sourcing parts that have not been manufactured in thirty years, splitting crankcases to check for internal fatigue, and machining custom components when the original is long gone. We do not just patch things up to make them shine, we rebuild the heart and soul of the machine so you can actually ride it, not just stare at it in your garage.

We have a genuine soft spot for old iron. Whether you have a rusted 1955 Bullet sitting in storage or a Moto Guzzi that has not seen the road in decades, our approach is identical. We start with a full teardown to the bare frame. We do not guess, we inspect every fastener, bearing, and seal.

For the engines, we handle the heavy lifting. We split the crankcases, vapor blast the covers, and ensure the internal clearances are spot on. If the original carburetor is shot, we do not just swap it for a generic unit, we source period-correct replacements or rebuild yours with precision components to maintain that vintage character.

The cosmetics matter too. We use automotive-grade paint for that deep, lasting finish, and our upholstery team crafts custom seats that look right for the era. But most importantly, we tune them. A restored bike should run better than it did the day it rolled off the assembly line. We have handled everything from British classics to Italian exotics right here at our workshop in Mahadevapura. If you have a machine that has a story to tell, bring it to us and let us get it back on the road where it belongs.
