Every build begins with a conversation about your anatomy and your aspirations. We work through biometric data and specific geometry requirements to ensure the bike doesn't just look the part—it handles exactly the way you need it to, whether you are climbing steep mountain trails or setting up for long-distance touring.
The problem with mass-produced bikes is that they are built for the average person, and rarely does anyone perfectly fit those numbers. When we build a bike, we are looking at the machine as an extension of your body.
The Custom Process
It all starts at my shop in Indiranagar. I don't believe in ordering off a catalog. We start by discussing how you ride—the cadence, the terrain, and what you feel is missing from your current setup. From there, we determine the geometry. I partner with expert frame builders like Scolarian to ensure the heart of your ride, the frame, is constructed from premium materials like Columbus Zona steel. These tubes provide that classic steel 'zing'—a ride quality that is lively, comfortable, and durable.
Component Selection
Once the frame geometry is sorted, we move to the build kit. I am a fan of practical performance, which is why you will often see me specing Microshift 2x10 drivetrains or JuinTech hybrid hydraulic brakes. These parts offer incredible reliability and ease of maintenance when you are miles away from a bike shop. Whether it is a hardtail mountain bike built for aggressive trails or a touring rig designed to carry your gear across states, every nut and bolt is selected based on your specific use case.
