Real racing is won in the pits before it ever hits the tarmac. We transform street motorcycles into competitive, FMSCI-compliant machines.

We take you behind the scenes to see how we prep a KTM RC 390 for the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship. We strip unnecessary weight, upgrade the brakes and suspension, and tune the bike specifically for the rider's weight and style. This is the level of detail that makes a difference on race day.

Ever wondered what makes our track-spec Royal Enfield GT-R650 so special? We walk you through the upgrades, including performance calipers, a full system exhaust, tuned suspension, and special compound JK Tyres that make it agile and confidence-inspiring for beginners.

We're kicking off a new hotlap series, pitting different bikes against each other at the GP1 Performance Zone. First up: a heavily modified Aprilia RS457 versus a lightly modified Kawasaki Ninja 400. Which do you think will be faster?

We put the Kawasaki Ninja 400 to the test on the track. It's an incredibly sweet and easy-to-handle bike, perfect for beginners, and it clocked an impressive fastest lap of 1:18.1. Stay tuned to see how the Aprilia compares.

The results are in! The Aprilia RS457, with its ABS fuse removed, clocked a surprising 1:18.2, just 0.1 seconds slower than the Ninja 400. This shows how different mid-segment bikes can be incredibly competitive on the track.

About In the Paddock: Bike Prep & Tech

When we prep a bike, we do not just bolt on parts. We balance the machine for your specific weight and riding style. Whether it is stripping 3.5kg from a KTM RC 390 or dialing in the preload on a Continental GT 650, every adjustment is designed to help you brake later and hold more speed through the apex.
