Superbike Periodic Maintenance Service
Fluid & Filtration
- Engine Oil: Draining and refill with 3.0L to 4.0L of high-performance Ester-based synthetic oil (Motul 7100 or 300V).
- Filter Replacement: Installation of new OEM or high-flow K&N/HiFlo oil filter.
- Sealant: Mandatory replacement of the drain bolt copper crush washer.
Diagnostics & Safety
- Scanner Check: Connection to OBD diagnostic tool to identify error codes and reset service indicators.
- Brake System: Inspection of pad thickness, cleaning of pistons, and rotor check.
- Drive Chain: Deep cleaning with degreaser followed by application of race-grade wax/lube.
- Torque Check: Tightening of critical safety fasteners (axles, calipers) to factory torque specs.
Final Adjustments
- Fluids: Top-up of coolant reservoir and DOT 4/5.1 brake fluid.
- Controls: Adjustment of clutch cable play and throttle free-play.
Stage 2 Performance Kit & Dyno Tune
Exhaust Hardware
- System Install: Fitment of Greasehouse Customs stainless steel exhaust or customer-supplied premium brands (S&S/Akrapovič).
- Construction: 304-grade stainless steel headers and canisters with ceramic wool packing.
- Alignment: Precision mounting to ensure zero stress on chassis points.
Intake & Management
- Air Filter: Upgrade to cotton gauze or polyester performance filter (BMC, DNA, or K&N).
- ECU Module: Installation of fuel correction device (RaceDynamics FuelX or Powertronics).
- Airbox: Removal of restrictive intake plates where applicable.
Dyno Validation
- Power Run: Testing on in-house Dynometer to verify performance gains.
- AFR Check: Verification of Air-Fuel Ratio to prevent lean running conditions.
- TPS Reset: Calibration of throttle position sensor for smooth response.
Track Day Prep & Suspension Setup
Suspension Tuning
- Fork Service: Disassembly, cleaning, and refill with specific weight fork oil matched to rider weight.
- Geometry: Measurement and adjustment of static and rider sag (preload).
- Damping: Configuration of compression and rebound settings based on track layout.
Race Compliance
- Safety Wiring: Drilling and lock-wiring of oil drain bolts, filler caps, and caliper bolts (FMSCI requirement).
- Fluid Swap: Flushing standard brake fluid with Motul RBF 600/660 high-boiling point fluid.
- Coolant: Replacement of glycol coolant with distilled water or racing coolant to prevent track slickness.
Tires & Prep
- Mounting: Installation of track-specific tires.
- Balancing: Precision dynamic balancing to eliminate high-speed vibration.
- Stripping: Taping of lights and removal of mirrors/number plates.
Full Custom Build or Vintage Restoration
Chassis & Frame
- Teardown: Complete disassembly to bare frame.
- Surface Prep: Sandblasting followed by industrial powder coating (satin black/gunmetal).
- Fabrication: Structural mods including sub-frame chopping, seat hoop welding, and battery box relocation.
Engine & Mechanicals
- Rebuild: Crankcase splitting, main bearing replacement, and piston ring installation.
- Finishing: Vapor blasting of engine covers for factory finish.
- Fuel System: Carburetor jetting/rebuild or EFI system refresh.
Cosmetic Finish
- Paint: Automotive-grade multi-coat painting on tank and panels (Primer, Base, Clear).
- Upholstery: Fabrication of custom seat pan with high-density foam and marine-grade vinyl/leather.
- Wheels: Truing of spoked rims, powder coating hubs, or aluminum rim conversion.

My Story
Hey, Anand here from indiMotard. What started as a wild trip to the Baja 1000 back in 2017—yeah, that brutal Mexican desert race—turned into our life. We were just a bunch of Indian riders, ended up finishing and coming back for more every year. It’s tough out there, sand everywhere, bikes flying, shoulders popping, but we kept going. Now we’re mixing riders from all over, chasing the World Desert Championship. That same madness, you’ll feel it in our garage and track school. It’s all one big ride.
