Superbike Periodic Maintenance Service
Fluid & Filtration
- Engine Oil: Draining and refill with 3.0L to 4.0L of high-performance Ester-based synthetic oil (Motul 7100 or 300V).
- Filter Replacement: Installation of new OEM or high-flow K&N/HiFlo oil filter.
- Sealant: Mandatory replacement of the drain bolt copper crush washer.
Diagnostics & Safety
- Scanner Check: Connection to OBD diagnostic tool to identify error codes and reset service indicators.
- Brake System: Inspection of pad thickness, cleaning of pistons, and rotor check.
- Drive Chain: Deep cleaning with degreaser followed by application of race-grade wax/lube.
- Torque Check: Tightening of critical safety fasteners (axles, calipers) to factory torque specs.
Final Adjustments
- Fluids: Top-up of coolant reservoir and DOT 4/5.1 brake fluid.
- Controls: Adjustment of clutch cable play and throttle free-play.
Stage 2 Performance Kit & Dyno Tune

My Story
Hey, Anand here from indiMotard. What started as a wild trip to the Baja 1000 back in 2017—yeah, that brutal Mexican desert race—turned into our life. We were just a bunch of Indian riders, ended up finishing and coming back for more every year. It’s tough out there, sand everywhere, bikes flying, shoulders popping, but we kept going. Now we’re mixing riders from all over, chasing the World Desert Championship. That same madness, you’ll feel it in our garage and track school. It’s all one big ride.
