Pricing Guide
Foundation Training (3 Days/Week)
Core Training Module
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (typically Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Coaching: Group instruction led by certified Assistant Coaches with periodic Senior Coach evaluation.
- Curriculum: Focuses on grip techniques, counter drives, pushes, blocks, and basic side-to-side footwork.
- Drills: Multi-ball feeding for rhythm and muscle memory.
Facility & Equipment
- Infrastructure: Access to professional synthetic red flooring to prevent injuries and tournament-standard STAG tables.
- Gear: Loaner rackets provided for the first month with guidance on purchasing personal equipment.
- Environment: Indoor, well-lit professional arena with ventilation/AC.
Fitness & Culture
- Warm-ups: Basic agility and coordination drills including ladder runs and reaction training.
- Assessment: Quarterly progress checks for promotion to Intermediate/Advanced squads.
High-Performance Pro Program (6 Days/Week)
Advanced Technical Training
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours per session combining on-table and off-table training.
- Mentorship: Direct supervision by Head Coach and Senior Coaches.
- Technique: High-intensity multi-ball, automated robot training for spin reception, shadow practice, and service/receive tactics.
Sports Science Ecosystem
- Conditioning: Access to on-site gym equipment for explosive power training.
- Physio: Basic consultation for injury prevention and recovery management.
- Mental Edge: Coaching on match pressure, handling losses, and visualization techniques.
- Theory: Whiteboard analysis of international gameplay tactics and spin physics.
Competitive Exposure
- Strategy: Planning for District, State, and National ranking tournaments.
- Match Play: Weekly internal leagues to simulate pressure scenarios.
- Pathway: Eligibility for selection in international camps and WTT events.

- Schedule: Weekend slots (Sat-Sun) or designated evening hours for corporate members.

- Veterans: Specific mobility drills and reaction training tailored for neurocognitive health in the 40+ age group.
Gameplay & Skill Maintenance

Facility Access
- Arena: Access to the same professional air-conditioned hall and red flooring used by national players.

My Story
We are Alight TT Excellence Centre, and honestly, we breathe table tennis. Not just medals, yaar, it’s the early morning grind, the sweat, the ‘train insane’ vibe that makes us proud. Sometimes our Alightians smash it for Delhi or India, sometimes we miss by a whisker. But every day, we’re right there, coaches and physio team, pushing, cheering, waiting for that big breakthrough. Patience is our mantra. The journey is long, but we’re not stopping. 🏓

Table Tennis Training for All Ages - From 3.5 years to veterans, we have beginner, intermediate, advanced, and corporate batches. Everyone finds their spot.
Expert Coaches & Sports Physio - Our coaches Srishti Ma’am and Aditya guide, plus pro physios boost fitness. Sports-specific fitness program is part of the deal.
Champions in the Making - Our disciplined training creates national and international champs. Alightians have World Table Tennis experience too.
Tournaments & Camps - We host inter-school, open, and corporate tournaments. League-cum-knockout format, so everyone gets real match play.
