Watch the ancient art of Mallakhamb come to life. From beginner grip basics to advanced competitive routines, see how we blend traditional Indian sports with modern gymnastics training across our Mumbai centers.

This is a glimpse of a competitive routine by our student Swaransh More at the State Mallakhamb Championship. The performance showcases the strength, control, and flow required to excel in this demanding sport.

Our training prepares students for high-level competitions. This video shows Swaransh More during the State Selection competition, executing a series of difficult moves that demonstrate his years of hard work and dedication.

A young champion in the making. This student performs a hand balance on top of the pole, a move that requires immense upper body strength and focus, all under the watchful eyes of our coaches and fellow students.

It's never too late to start. Here, an adult student learns to balance on the pole with the support of our coaches, proving that Mallakhamb is a journey of strength and discipline for everyone, regardless of age.

Back to basics is key for progress. Here, one of our senior students, Akshata, practices fundamental pole movements, reinforcing the techniques that are essential for mastering more advanced skills like splits and holds.

No fear, no hesitation. Our students train to perform with confidence, as seen here with a young athlete executing a pose high on the pole. The superhero murals in our gym serve as a constant inspiration.

This video captures the full optional set routine that won our student Swaransh More a gold medal. It's a powerful display of dynamic flips, holds, and transitions that showcase the pinnacle of competitive pole Mallakhamb.

About Pole Mallakhamb In Action

Before you commit to a full program, I always recommend our 60-minute assessment session. We evaluate your grip strength, flexibility, and comfort with heights on our Teak or Sheesham poles. This isn't about passing a test, it's about making sure your first real climb is safe and you understand foundational techniques like Dasrang before you join a group batch.
