About Mallakhamb Training
Why I Do This
I believe your body can do much more than you think. For me, Mallakhamb is not just a sport - it's a way to build strength, discipline, and real confidence. I started out in a bus parking lot with just a dream and now, we’ve got a space where everyone pushes each other to grow.
What Mallakhamb Means Here
Mallakhamb is an ancient Indian sport that mixes wrestling grips, yoga, and gymnastics on a wooden pole or rope. It’s tough, looks graceful, and honestly, it’s ekdam (totally) life-changing. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you’ll surprise yourself.
Who Can Join
Anyone. We have:
- Toddler batches (ages 2-5) with playful, safe ‘baby mallakhamb’ poles
- Kids, teens, and adults (5+) - total beginners or those with experience
- Training for fun, fitness, or even Mallakhamb competition coaching
How We Train
No rushing. We build basics first - ghai nahi karna hai (don’t hurry). You’ll learn:
- Pole Mallakhamb classes: Yogic and gymnastic moves on the pole
- Rope Mallakhamb training: Strength and agility on the rope
Coaches (including me) guide you step by step, always cheering you on.
What You Get
- Core and upper body strength
- Flexibility, balance, and focus
- Real discipline and confidence
Safety First
Mallakhamb looks scary, but we use thick mats, soft floors, and hands-on support. Your safety is always priority.

My Story
Hi, I’m the founder of Incredible Mallakhamb. We started out in a dusty bus parking lot with nothing but a few mats, mosquitoes, and big dreams. Two years of jugaad (resourcefulness) and sweat, and now we’ve got a real gymnastics space. I still get goosebumps seeing our kids—from tiny tots to teens—train and laugh together. We’re not just a gym, we’re a family. Festivals, poojas, medals, even the tough days—we share it all.
