About Aerial Arts Training
Why We Do What We Do
At Incredible Mallakhamb, I believe your mind is the real starting point. If you think you can, your body will follow. We built this place from scratch, and now it’s a space where anyone can push their limits, find discipline, and grow stronger - inside and out.
What’s Aerial Arts?
It’s not your usual gym routine. Here, you get to move with grace, strength, and creativity. Using silks, hoops, hammocks, and more, you’ll learn to spin, climb, and express yourself in the air. It’s about defying gravity and finding your own style.
Who Can Join?
Everyone’s welcome - kids, teens, adults, absolute beginners. We run batches for all ages and levels. For kids, it’s playful and safe. Adults, you don’t need any experience. Nervous? Ghai nahi karna hai (don’t rush). With steady practice, sab possible hai (everything is possible).
What You’ll Try
- Aerial Silk classes: Climb, wrap, pose, and drop on flowing fabrics.
- Aerial Hoop training: Spins, splits, and duet work on a metal ring.
- Aerial Yoga for beginners: Hammock-supported yoga, inversions, and gentle flows.
- Trapeze and straps: For those wanting serious strength.
What You Really Gain
You’ll get strong, flexible, and confident. But honestly, the biggest change is mental. Hanging upside down forces you to focus - no distractions, just you and the moment. Building mental discipline is part of the deal.
Our Space
Safety comes first. We use solid equipment, thick mats, and our instructors are always there to guide you. More than that, we’re a family - we celebrate wins, festivals, and support each other.

My Story
Hi, I’m the founder of Incredible Mallakhamb. We started out in a dusty bus parking lot with nothing but a few mats, mosquitoes, and big dreams. Two years of jugaad (resourcefulness) and sweat, and now we’ve got a real gymnastics space. I still get goosebumps seeing our kids—from tiny tots to teens—train and laugh together. We’re not just a gym, we’re a family. Festivals, poojas, medals, even the tough days—we share it all.
