We combine ancient Mallakhamb techniques with modern gymnastics to build strength, balance, and community. Join us at any of our 13+ centers across Mumbai.

This is what dedication looks like. Here, our student Swaransh Mora executes a flawless dive during the Under-14 Prabodhan Kilda sports event. It's moments like these, full of focus and courage, that we train for.

It all starts with the first step. We believe in building confidence from the very beginning, which is why our toddler batches (ages 2-5) use safe, specially designed 'baby mallakhamb' poles. We ensure every child feels secure as they learn to climb and balance.

Rope Mallakhamb is an incredible test of upper body strength and agility. Here, one of our young athletes demonstrates a graceful and controlled pose during a performance, showcasing the skills we build step by step in our rope training classes.

Mallakhamb is not just a sport; it's an art form. Our team performs a human pyramid on the pole against the beautiful backdrop of the beach, showing the teamwork, balance, and creativity that we foster in our community.

The flexibility and control developed through Mallakhamb are truly amazing. This advanced student demonstrates a complex yogic posture on the pole, a result of consistent practice and disciplined training at our center.

Welcome to our space. This is our Kandivali West center, a place buzzing with energy and purpose. We've designed our facilities with colorful, high-quality safety mats and a wide range of equipment to create a safe and inspiring environment for all our students.

The proudest moments are seeing our students' hard work pay off. Here is our champion Swaransh More, smiling with his well-earned medals and certificate after winning 1st place at the State Selection Mallakhamb Competition.

Safety and trust are the foundation of our coaching. In this video, I am spotting one of our young students, ensuring he is supported as he builds the confidence to stand on his own. This hands-on guidance is central to how we teach.

About Featured

When you step into our centers, you will see safety mats everywhere and a very specific approach to training. We do not believe in rushing. Whether you are a beginner working on your first mount or an athlete preparing for a routine, we follow the mantra of 'ghai nahi karna hai' (don't hurry). Our coaches provide hands-on spotting for every student, ensuring you feel secure as you build your grip strength and confidence on the pole.
