Bring a touch of nature indoors with my collection of handmade vases and planters. From sculptural, double-walled donut vases to whimsical animal-shaped planters, every piece is designed to give your space a unique, artistic character.

This textured turquoise donut vase is a real showstopper. The carving on the surface adds a tactile dimension, while the hole in the center creates a modern, sculptural feel.

This unique, wheel-thrown double donut vase is also a functional teapot or watering can. It's a playful, artistic piece that is sure to be a conversation starter.

This large, hand-built vase with four handles has a rustic, ancient feel. The warm, earthy glaze enhances its timeless quality, making it a substantial piece for any room.

This "Coral Coast" vase is inspired by the colors of the sea. The textured glaze transitions from a sandy yellow to a sea green, creating a beautiful ombre effect.

About Vases & Planters

The magic happens when I start carving into the clay. For my signature double-walled vases, I carefully etch patterns like leaves or geometric arches by hand while the clay is leather-hard. It is a slow, meditative process that turns a simple shape into a piece with real depth and texture, so feel free to share if you have a specific nature-inspired motif in mind.

How I Approach Vases and Planters

Every piece I create begins with a focus on form and function. Whether I am throwing on the wheel for a perfectly symmetrical vessel or using hand-building techniques like coiling and slabs for something more sculptural, my goal is to create objects that feel alive.

My planters and vases are crafted from high-fired stoneware. This makes them fully vitrified and durable, meaning my vases will hold water for fresh flowers without seeping, and my planters can handle the humidity of your indoor garden.

Customization and Process

I love working with your ideas. If you have a specific space in mind, like a shelf that needs a tall, dramatic vase or a desk that needs a quirky animal planter, I can tailor the design to fit.

Because I prioritize quality, pottery takes time. The production cycle typically spans 3 to 5 weeks to allow for drying, bisque firing, and the final glaze firing. I use a palette inspired by the outdoors—think earthy browns, moody midnight blues, and sea-green ombre effects—to ensure each piece feels like a fragment of nature.

Why Hand-Built Matters

Hand-building allows me to step away from the perfect circle. When I create a slab-built vase or a pierced lantern, I am looking to bring a wabi-sabi aesthetic into your home. Those organic variations are not flaws; they are proof that a human hand shaped the clay.
