Residential Architecture & Media Features
A look at our completed residential projects and the design stories featured in leading architectural publications.
A quiet seating nook at the entrance of the Prakash Reddy residence. We use landscaping and carefully chosen materials like natural stone pavers to create welcoming transitional spaces.
The carport and entrance area for the same residence. The design uses a combination of slate tiles and a wooden slat gate, with large planters to integrate greenery right from the entry point.
An editor's note from The Architect's Diary about our Twin Courtyard House, highlighting the design's use of levels, green patches, and the pairing of mustard stone with white.
A portrait of myself, Asad Khan, featured in a publication about our work. We believe in a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project.
Our firm and I were featured by The Architect's Diary for our work on the Cube House. We are proud to be recognized for our commitment to creating cozy, light-filled family homes.
About this collection
When we talk about a project like our Twin Courtyard House in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, it is never just about the final photograph. It is about how we used mustard stone and white tint to balance the light, and why we chose a double-height courtyard to act as the home's lung. Every element you see, from the structural grills to the specific planter placement, was a direct result of balancing the client's need for privacy with our desire to keep the space feeling open and airy.
Our work is defined by a constant dialogue between the built and the unbuilt. Take the Cube House project, for example. We wanted to move away from standard layouts and instead created a composition of staggered volumes. It is a 1,690 sq. ft. residence that feels much larger because we paid attention to how natural light enters the space and where the transitions occur.
We approach every site, whether it is a small city plot or a larger villa, with the same question: how can this home breathe? We often integrate traditional elements like MS jaali work with contemporary materials like glass and onyx. This is not for the sake of aesthetics; it is about functionality. The jaali provides security and ventilation without sacrificing the view, while the glass allows the sunlight to animate the interior walls throughout the day.
We believe that a house only becomes a home when it reflects the people living in it. This is why we insist on a collaborative process. We share our concept sketches, architectural models, and 3D visualizations with you early on, ensuring that the final output is a result of our combined vision. If you look at our featured works, you will see that no two homes are the same. We invite you to look closely at these projects—notice the material textures, the way the greenery is integrated, and the logic behind the floor plans. If this approach resonates with you, we would love to discuss how we can build your story.
