Featured Residential Architecture Projects in Bengaluru
We believe architecture is a dialogue between built forms and nature. Here is a selection of homes we have shaped for life in namma Bengaluru.
This is our Kanasu project, where a double-height dining area becomes the heart of the home. We used expansive windows to flood the space with natural light and connect it directly to the lush green outdoors, creating a feeling of immense volume and openness.
We believe luxury is about experience. This rooftop lounge and pool area from our Kanasu project is designed as a private urban retreat, blurring the lines between a residence and a resort.
For our "Between Two Trees" project, we integrated traditional Indian architecture into a modern home. This central courtyard, featuring authentic Chettinad pillars and a stone Nandi, acts as the spiritual and visual anchor for the entire house.
The play of light and shadow is a material we sculpt with. In our "The Mantle" project, these vertical fins cast dramatic, shifting patterns across the staircase, turning a simple transition space into a dynamic art installation.
A bird's-eye view of an internal courtyard, where water, wood, stone, and greenery come together. We design these pockets of nature to bring tranquility and life into the very core of the home.
This bathroom from the "Between Two Trees" project redefines personal space. By incorporating an open-to-sky court with a textured brick wall and plants, we've created a spa-like sanctuary that feels connected to nature.
Details matter. Here, we used a combination of ambient and accent lighting to transform a simple TV unit into a dramatic focal point, highlighting the texture of the concrete wall and creating a moody, sophisticated atmosphere.
About this collection
Every space you see here is designed to capture the path of the sun. We do not just build walls; we choreograph light. If you look closely at our courtyard projects, you will see how we prioritize cross-ventilation and natural shade, ensuring your home remains cool even during the peak Bengaluru summer.
Our design philosophy, 'GOD IS IN THE DETAILS,' is not a tagline. It is a rigorous process of planning. Whether we are utilizing reclaimed teak for a staircase or exposing the raw clay of a brick wall, every material is chosen for how it ages and breathes.
In Bengaluru, the biggest mistake is sealing a home off from the climate. We fight this by prioritizing open-plan living. When we propose a double-height courtyard or a central skylight, it is not for visual drama alone; it is to create a stack effect that pulls hot air out and keeps the interiors naturally comfortable.
Our work ranges from architectural design consultancy to full turnkey execution. For those building from scratch, we start with concept planning and detailed 3D visualization. We then produce GFC (Good For Construction) drawings that cover every electrical grid and plumbing line, so your contractor does not have to guess. If you are looking for execution, we bring in the master craftsmen—the people who lay stone floors like Jaisalmer, Kota, or granite floors, and those who can handle the precision required for slimline glazing. We do not do cookie-cutter boxes. We build urban sanctuaries.
