Hurdles Badminton Academy
Our badminton program focuses on building strong fundamentals, from proper grip and footwork to advanced strokes and game strategy. We offer coaching for all skill levels in a professional court environment.
Strength, Gymnastics & Flexibility
We build strong, resilient bodies through a mix of functional strength training, gymnastics, and yoga. Sessions include everything from monkey bars and battle ropes to handstands and Surya Namaskar for all-around physical development.
Inclusive Fitness: Programs for Special Needs
We proudly offer specialized fitness programs for children with ADHD and Autism, with over 75 kids trained. Our certified coaches provide tailored, one-on-one attention to help every child grow in a supportive and safe environment.
