What's in the box? Jars of Homemade Love, sealed with care and sent with love. This is a look at my packing process, from securing the jars to loading them for shipment.
This is a quick look at the process behind my homemade Imli Chutney. From the rich, thick chutney in the pot to the final packaged jars, every step is handled with care.
To keep every batch consistent and full of flavour, my team and I hold regular training sessions. We focus on hygiene, safe handling, and quality at every step of the process.
A busy day at the Homemade Love office is always productive. From cooking in large batches to filling jars and stamping labels, my team works hard to prepare your orders.
I believe in using nature's best. This means no shortcuts and no artificial preservatives, just pure, fresh ingredients like these green chillies, picked by hand.
I am grateful for every single person who follows my journey. Even a small number of viewers feels overwhelming when I think of them as people watching me work, and it motivates me every day.
My focus has always been on quality, not just getting bigger. I want to make sure that years from now, I can look back and be proud of every single jar I've made.
It's a mix of accomplishment and nervousness when our products are ready for dispatch. Each box is like a piece of our heart, nurtured and now sent out into the world.
About From Our Kitchen to Yours
You might be wondering how we keep everything fresh without adding harsh chemicals. It all starts in my Najafgarh kitchen, where we rely on traditional natural preservatives like Mustard oil, lemon, and salt to keep the taste pure. Every jar you receive is packed by hand, sealed carefully, and shipped with the same love I would send to my own family.
I believe that good food shouldn't be a mystery. When you open a jar of my Imli or Aam Chutney, you are tasting the same recipes my dadima used. We don't have a factory line here. We are a small team that trains together to ensure every batch is consistent, hygienic, and authentic.
Quality Over Scale
My focus is not on becoming a giant brand, but on staying true to the craft. Whether it is roasting fresh spices for our dry blends or slow-cooking Andhra-style tomato pastes, the process takes time. We use traditional Gingelly and Mustard oils, which act as natural shelf-stabilizers, so we never need to reach for sodium benzoate or artificial colors.
Getting It To Your Table
Shipping homemade food has its own set of challenges. I know how heartbreaking it is to receive a broken jar, so we don't take shortcuts with packaging. We use heavy-duty corrugated master cartons and bubble wrap every single jar to make sure it reaches your home in Delhi NCR or anywhere across India in perfect condition. When a box leaves my kitchen, it’s like sending a little piece of my childhood to yours. It’s an ambivalent feeling of accomplishment and nervousness, but knowing these jars will soon be part of your family meals makes every minute of the packing process worth it.
Homemade Love
I'm not a factory; I'm just someone trying to bottle the memories of summer vacations at my dadima's house. I believe in small batches, real ingredients, and that special magic of maa ke haath ka achaar. Everything you see here comes straight from my kitchen to yours.
