Featured Landscape Architecture Projects
From intimate city gardens to public plazas, I design spaces where architecture and nature breathe together. Explore our portfolio of work that blends native plants with local materials.
We transformed this narrow passage in Juhu into a vibrant green pocket for Naturals NOW. A unique steel mesh floor allows plants to grow underneath, creating a multi-layered garden experience and proving that even the tightest urban settings can become lush oases.
Our award-winning design for the BKC Plaza in Mumbai. We focused on creating a true public space with ample seating, large canopy trees for shade, and integrated sculptures, making it a welcoming destination for the entire community.
A glimpse of our project in Jodhpur, where we embraced the local landscape. This boundary wall is crafted from vertical slabs of Jodhpur stone, and the ground features a mix of stone paving and native grasses, creating a design that feels born from the earth.
A detail from our Dumas House project, showing how we blend hardscape and softscape. The custom-patterned walkway flows organically into a seating area, surrounded by lush tropical foliage to create a tranquil and artistic garden path.
We are so proud to be featured in Architectural Digest India's 2024 Garden Issue. It is an honor to be recognized among India's leading specialists who are making design green and integrating nature into our spaces.
About Featured
When you look at our featured Juhu urban pocket, notice the steel mesh flooring integrated into the design. This was not merely an aesthetic choice, but a practical engineering solution to bring greenery into a narrow passage where traditional ground planting was not possible. We find that the most restrictive urban sites often push us to create our most innovative, multi-layered designs, proving that even the smallest spaces can thrive when given the right structure and native plant palette.
My work is driven by a simple belief: a building should not stop at the wall. Whether I am working on a private residence or a public campus, the goal is to blur the line between the indoor and the outdoors. You will see this philosophy across our projects, from the BKC Plaza where we prioritized seating and shade for community interaction, to our residential work in Jodhpur where we used local stone slabs to ground the space in its regional context.
Our Approach to Landscape Design
- Native Plant Selection: We focus on plants that belong to the local biome—ferns, monsteras, or drought-resistant grasses—depending on the climate. This ensures the garden is sustainable and evolves naturally.
- Local Materiality: We prefer materials that are authentic to the site, such as Jodhpur stone or locally sourced granite, ensuring the landscape feels like it belongs to the earth.
- Living Systems: It is not just about planting trees; it is about engineering drainage and water management. We design our spaces to handle monsoon runoff and thrive throughout the changing seasons.
Every project featured here is the result of a deep collaboration. It takes a team of architects, local farmers, and clients who trust us to let the space grow over time. We do not just build a garden; we create an ecosystem that gets greener and more vibrant with every passing year.
