This is where we take flight. I'll guide you through graceful flows and powerful poses using our soft silk hammocks, helping you build strength and flexibility you never knew you had. It’s a full-body workout that feels more like playtime, with different sequences for all levels.

Grounded Practice & Mindfulness

While floating is fun, it all starts with a strong foundation. I incorporate principles of traditional yoga to help you connect your mind and body, improve focus, and find your center before and after you take to the air.
