- Surface: Choice of 8x10 inch Canvas Board OR 10 inch MDF Round Base
- Medium: Student-grade Acrylics or Gouache
- Tools: Synthetic brushes (Flat, Round, Liner), palette, water cup
- Gear: Apron and table-top easel

- Focus: Technique mastery (Texture application, Mirror work, or Macrame knots)
- Outcome: 1 medium-sized wall decor or utility piece
Material Kit (Theme Dependent)
- Texture Art: 12 inch MDF board, texture sand, modeling paste, palette knives
- Lippan Kaam: 10-12 inch MDF base, mouldit clay, assorted mirrors, glue
- Macrame: 50-60m cotton cords (3mm/4mm), wooden dowel or drift stick

Premium Terrarium & Resin Workshop
Session Specs

- Focus: Handling sensitive materials (Live plants or Chemical resin)

- Terrarium: 6-8 inch open glass bowl, 2-3 live plants (Succulents/Fittonia), soil layers (leca, charcoal, moss), and miniatures
- Resin Art: Art-grade Epoxy Resin & Hardener, silicone molds or geode base, mica powders/inks

- Equipment: Long tweezers/spray bottle (Terrarium) OR Heat gun/stir sticks (Resin)
- Safety: Gloves and aprons provided

Why I Started Healing Garden
Making something with your own hands feels different - I wanted to create space for people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Our workshops are not about getting things perfect, but about enjoying the process, finding a bit of quiet, and letting go.
What Happens in Our Sessions
- Totally beginner-friendly, no art skills needed. I guide you step by step.
- All supplies sorted. If you join online, I send you a DIY kit; in-person, materials are ready for you.
- Sessions are focused on fun, relaxation, and mindful creativity. I keep it light, not too serious.
Kinds of Workshops
- Mandala Art for those wanting a meditative escape. Drawing patterns is a great way to clear your mind.
- Fluid Art if you just want to play with colors and watch magic happen. No rules, just flow!
- Macrame weaving and clay modelling for a hands-on, calming break. Tactile and grounding.
- I also host Lippan Art, doodling, pressed flower crafts, and other expressive craft workshops.

My Story
Hey, we’re Healing Garden. Started out with a simple idea - gardening heals, and messy hands are happy hands. We’ve seen high-flying execs giggle over pressed flower candles, kids go wild with terrariums, and even our signboard in Kannada (ಹೀಲಿಂಗ್ ಗಾರ್ಡನ್) makes us smile. Our space in Kasturi Nagara is for anyone wanting a green break. Best part? Watching folks light up, especially at places like Cheshire Homes. Nature’s magic, one plant at a time.
