During a volunteer session at Sikkim Himalayan Academy, we took students on a sensory walk where they discovered aromatic herbs like mugwort. These walks foster curiosity, mental awareness, and a deep connection with the natural world.

You do not need artistic skills to participate, just a willingness to step away from the noise of daily life and work with your hands for a few hours.

You will learn the basics of plant care while engaging in the meditative process of layering soil, moss, and succulents. You leave with a piece of greenery for your home or desk.
- Mindful Nature Walks: Designed to foster sensory awareness, these walks take us away from screens and into green spaces. We focus on noticing the small details, from the texture of leaves to the scent of the earth. It is a simple, effective way to ground your energy and boost mental clarity.
- Therapeutic Art Sessions: Sometimes, words are not enough. Our art-based sessions provide a safe outlet for expression. You do not need to be an artist. We guide you through the process, focusing on the act of creating rather than the outcome.
