About this collection

Whether you’re working on a dot mandala or a textured moon lamp, the secret isn't artistic skill—it's focus. You'll use specialized tools to layer textures or place dots, a process that naturally quiets the noise of a busy work week. No 'creative type' label is required here, just a space to unwind and make something beautiful for your home.

Why Art is Therapy

I created these sessions for anyone who feels like their brain never really switches off. We often think of art as something you have to be 'good at' to enjoy, but in my studio, the process is the point.

When you sit down to create a dot mandala, the repetitive motion of placing each dot acts as a meditative anchor. It’s impossible to stress about your email inbox when you are focused on the symmetry of a pattern. The same applies to our textured art and moon lamp workshops. You are physically building layers and shapes, which is a tactile, grounding experience.

What We Actually Do

  • Dot Mandalas: We use dotting tools to create intricate patterns on plates or canvases. It’s deeply rhythmic and requires zero drawing ability—if you can hold a tool, you can make a mandala.
  • Textured Moon Lamps: These are my favorites. We use modeling paste to create craters and textures, then mount them with lights. It’s fascinating to watch a flat surface transform into a glowing lunar landscape.
  • Lippan Art: A traditional mud and mirror technique that is both cultural and calming.

The 'No-Stress' Promise

Everything is provided. You don’t need to bring a thing, not even an apron. I guide you through every step, so there is no pressure to get it 'right.' You just show up, switch off your phone, and lose yourself in the colors. By the end of the session, you’ll have a piece of decor made by your own hands, and more importantly, a clearer head than when you arrived.
