About Mindful & Meditative Art

Many people think they need a steady hand to try mandalas, but the beauty of this style is entirely in the process, not the final image. I encourage you to leave your perfectionism at the door; most folks who join me find that after the first twenty minutes, the repetitive pattern-making helps the noise of the week fade away.

Finding Your Creative Flow

I designed these workshops as a deliberate pause button. In our fast-paced lives, it is easy to forget the simple joy of creating something without an agenda. Whether you are working on a mandala or trying your hand at clay modeling, the goal is never to produce a masterpiece for a gallery, but to spend a few hours completely absorbed in the movement of your brush or the shape of the clay.

What We Cover

  • Mandala Painting: We focus on the repetitive, calming nature of patterns. You do not need any prior drawing experience. I will guide you through the basics of geometry and filling, helping you build a design that feels uniquely yours.
  • Therapeutic Clay Art: This is about sensory play. We use air-dry clay to sculpt, pinch, and form pieces. It is tactile, messy in the best way, and incredibly grounding.

Practical Details

Our sessions are hosted at our cozy studio in M3M Urbana, Gurgaon, and occasionally at partner cafes across Delhi NCR. I keep group sizes intimate to ensure I can give personal attention to everyone. All supplies, including premium acrylics, brushes, and clay tools, are provided—you only need to bring yourself and an open mind.

If you are worried about not being 'good' at art, please don't be. These sessions are specifically curated for beginners who want to explore art therapy, reduce screen time, and meet like-minded people. We play music, chat, and keep the vibe low-pressure and relaxed.
