The focus in this room was just amazing. Dot Mandala art is a form of *tapassya*, a meditation that calms the mind. Each dot is a moment of mindfulness, and seeing participants create such intricate, *sundar* patterns is the real reward of these art for wellness workshops.

Who knew your morning coffee could also be your paint? In this coffee painting workshop, we used a simple, natural medium to create these lovely bird paintings. It is a unique and fragrant art therapy activity that always gets a wonderful response from corporate teams.

I often partner with psychologists to design sessions that help manage stress in the workplace. Whether we are using coffee decoction for painting or creating Dot Mandalas for mindfulness, the focus is always on the khushi of the process. You do not need any prior artistic experience, because I guide you step by step, ensuring you leave with a calm mind and a piece you are proud of.

In our fast-paced work lives, we often forget to simply breathe. My Art for Wellness sessions are not about creating a masterpiece, but about finding a safe space to pause and reconnect with yourself. I bring everything needed, from canvas and paints to aprons and brushes, directly to your office cafeteria or conference room.
