About Mind & Body Wellness
We integrate chess and carrom into our physical education framework not as downtime, but as tools for strategic thinking and impulse control. During our yoga sessions, coaches monitor form to ensure students build core strength safely while learning to regulate their breathing before matches.
Schools often separate physical and mental training, but we treat them as parts of the same whole. Our yoga curriculum covers mobility and focus, which are essential for athletes in high-contact sports like football or cricket. Chess and carrom are coached by instructors who teach students to analyze opponents and manage pressure. By alternating between high-energy physical drills and calm strategic play, we help students manage academic stress and physical fatigue. This balance improves concentration levels during their primary academic classes. We use standard protocols for physical literacy, evaluating stamina and participation, while providing the equipment and coaching staff required to keep sessions structured. Whether it is yoga mats for a floor session or professional chess boards for tournament prep, we manage the logistics so the school can prioritize student development.
